Returns: Due to continued concerns about the coronavirus, we have extended our return window to 60 days from purchase.

Safety: We’re increasing the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts in Distribution Centers. Every online order is cleaned upon arrival until it reaches you, and products are handled only with protective gloves. All our delivery vans are fully cleaned inside and out in an intensive daily process that ensures the utmost hygiene. Drivers are equipped with disinfectants and face masks, and wear protective masks when handling any order.

Contactless Delivery: For our UAE orders, we’re keeping you safe with delivery that minimizes human contact, where your delivery will be left at your doorstep. Our Contactless Delivery option can be chosen while you make your order onsite. We will contact you by phone prior to the delivery using your registered contact details. You acknowledge that upon selecting Contactless Delivery, you shall be deemed to be in receipt of your Order upon delivery of the Order to your delivery address without requiring you to sign a receipt of delivery or any other proof of delivery. Please note: with this option, you acknowledge and agree that Gap has no liability for any loss or damage to your order upon its delivery. We shall confirm delivery of your Order via an SMS message.
