Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. 
Additionally, you will receive an SMS from our carrier partner when your order is out for delivery with a link for real time tracking. 

Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an SMS to confirm your delivery address, once confirmed, your order will be shipped right away.

If the delivery address is not confirmed, we will still attempt to deliver the order to the address added when the order was placed. Our in-house driver will call you while he on the way to you.

If you received your order in damaged condition, please reach out to our Customer Care team  , attaching a picture of the defect as well as proof of purchase (Order number, Invoice). Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return and issue a refund. 

If you received your order missing an item, please reach out to our Customer Care team, attaching a picture of the received order along with the proof of purchase (Order number, Invoice)
Our team will ensure that the missing item is shipped under a different shipment and deliver it at the earliest convenience, provided the missing item is still available in stock. 

If you have received items not belonging to your order, please reach our Customer Care team attaching a picture of the received item along with proof of purchase (Order number, Invoice)
Our team will book a collection of the wrong product and arrange the delivery of the correct one provided the item is still available in stock.
