The promotion organized by Al Tayer Insignia LLC consists of a 100 AED discount when 400 AED or more is spent using PayPal as a payment method by its registered users on www.gap.ae (the “Promotion”) during the period beginning on January 8th 2019 at 12:00 GMT (the “Promotion Period”).
A customer is eligible for the Discount on every transaction worth 400 AED or more, during the Promotional Period when PayPal has been chosen as a payment method.
The Discount applies to the regular retail price of the item, and is not applicable to any taxes, handling, or other charges. This Discount has no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be forwarded.
The Discount may only be used on gap.ae online site and mobile site.
If you cancel the transaction the Discount shall immediately become invalid. Any refund you may be entitled to receive for the return of an item will not exceed the amount paid towards the applicable purchase price.
The purchase transaction that you perform in order to get this Discount must comply with PayPal's User Agreement and policies.
PayPal will not be responsible for any third party's performance or failure to perform any services related to any Promotion, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the get of the discount, provided that nothing shall limit PayPal liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
PayPal and gap.ae reserve the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which in PayPal or gap.ae reasonable opinion make it necessary for it to do so. PayPal and gap.ae reserve the right to add additional terms and conditions for certain parts of this Promotion.
In the event of a change to these Terms and Conditions, gap.ae will notify in writing all registered users who have been provided by a Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of England and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
